About us
The JGIN project was born from the idea of two young people from Jesi, Michele and Laura, husband and wife; passionate about spirits, officinal and wild herbs, food and wine tradition, they created the first London Dry Gin from Vallesina that celebrates the territory.
Botanicals
The botanicals have been carefully selected, preferring as much as possible the organic supply chain, guaranteeing the highest quality and uniqueness of the product, handcrafted distilled with organic alcohol.
Distillation
To distill JGIN, we relied on master distiller Alex from the Mezzanotte distillery: a young and dynamic distillery in Pesaro. Discontinuous still, certified pure copper, handmade by Müller Brennereianlagen.
